By accessing and using Lyons Properties platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Vendor Obligations

Vendors agree to provide accurate property listings, maintain valid business credentials, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through M-Pesa, PayPal, or other supported gateways. Transactions are final unless disputed within 30 days.

6. AI Agent Usage

AI agents are provided as a service to assist with customer inquiries. Users agree not to use AI agents for illegal purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lyons Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
